Because I live in a world of mostly B2B technology marketing, I was elated at the opportunity to work with the premier, luxury brand Elegant Baby to optimize their website and create a series of social campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive sales. I felt especially excited because I was exactly their target audience - the mom of a new baby!
It really all began with a fairy tale. Princess Mousie was the main character in Elegant Baby’s fall collection, and they wanted to feature her exclusively. So we crafted a fairy tale that was released over three blog posts. Each chapter described Princess Mousie’s search to find her true talents leading to the introduction of Ballerina Mouse, a brand new product line. Along with blog posts, we created drive-to assets in the same style, that were promoted on several key social channels.
The second half of our social engagement involved their raccoon line designed by Bridget Kelly. The blog series for this campaign included three behind the scenes interviews with the designer as she walked us through the process of bringing the brand’s characters to life. Just like with the Princess Mousie line, we illustrated these blog posts – creating social tiles and posts in the same style.
As the designer, writer and I worked through these assets, not only did we have a nice break from the tech world, but we also created an incredibly synergistic, creative relationship and in doing so achieved an amazing outcome for our client.
